Top Down Racing - Game Template
Create top down racing games. The cars drift and crash into each other on real physics, and you build the circuits with the track editor.
This game template allows you to create games like Micro Machines, Super Sprint and Drift Hunters.
Features
No programming required
Create racing games without coding.
Drifting
The cars use a real tyre model: they grip until you ask for more than the tyres have, then slide. Pull the handbrake into a corner and hold the slide on the throttle.
Car collisions
Cars have mass and spin, so hitting a rival shoves it off line instead of just stopping you.
Track editor
Draw circuits of any size with a few clicks: the points you place are joined into smooth curves, and the road, its walls and its kerbs are built along them. Then add obstacles, checkpoints and the starting grid.
Rival cars
Add any number of computer-driven rivals. They race on exactly the same physics as the player.
Laps and best times
Set the number of laps per track. Each track keeps its own best race time and best lap.
Customize the handling
Tune grip, power oversteer, handbrake, steering and weight to make cars that are planted or wild.
